- My name is John Yater and I am a designer of special made to order material handling equipment at Hamilton Caster & Mfg. CO. in Hamilton, Ohio. I utilize Autodesk Inventor to model precise three dimensional representations of my designs and to generate photo-realistic renderings that allow customers to see what they are getting. I also leverage Inventor's integrated finite element analysis program, powered by Ansys, to make to most efficient use of my designs. I am also familiar with many aspects of Lean manufacturing, and am a firm believer in its philosophy and principles.
